As Country Manager, Brazil, you will responsible for leading, managing and executing TIDAL’s growth initiatives and operations in Brazil.

With a high-paced environment, talented team, and cutting-edge offering, you will be part of a team collaborating cross-functionally and passionately on diverse initiatives focused on driving TIDAL’s brand, product and business objective in Brazil. As part of this role you will have exposure to all parts of the organization including partner management, digital marketing, product, social media and the music streaming industry.

We are looking for a strong leader with the ability to balance big-picture strategic thinking with deep-dive research and analytical thinking to deliver measurable results. The role is suitable for an action oriented, structured, proactive, service-minded and hard-working leader with a broad skill set and an appetite to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement strategies to maximize customer acquisition and growth
  • Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results
  • Conduct and present competitive analyses and market research to identify areas for growth
  • Lead local hiring in line with TIDAL’s growth
  • Propose, plan and execute digital marketing initiatives by staying abreast with the latest trends and changes
  • Act as key liaison between TIDAL’s global team and PR/social media agency ensuring engaging conversations, content strategy, customer service and delivery of content that supports brand marketing objectives
  • Develop new content and campaign ideas to support key business initiatives
  • Liaise with internal and external partner marketing contacts to support TIDAL’s global partnerships
  • Manage TIDAL’s existing local business and partnership relationships in Brazil as well as generate new leads
  • Project manage for local events and productions
  • Be responsible for copywriting and translations
  • Represent TIDAL vis-a-vis local labels and publishers when needed

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment
  • Knowledgeable on the latest trends in marketing, digital products and the digital marketing landscape
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills in English and Portuguese
  • An understanding of analytics and comfort in analyzing numbers
  • Strong network within Brazil in target industries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Portuguese
  • Computer literate including Google Sheets/Docs, Keynote, etc.
